Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine the Broccoli Slaw (2 cups), Mayonnaise (1/4 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 tsp), juice of 1/2 of the Lime (1), Hot Sauce (1/2 Tbsp), and Mirin (1 Tbsp) together in a bowl with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Season the Cod Fillet (1 lb) with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and put it on a sheet tray. Cook in the oven for 5-10 minutes depending on thickness.
