Combine Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/2 cup), Water (1 cup) and Salt (1 pinch) in a medium pot and bring to a simmer over medium/low heat. Cook for about 10 minutes, until water is all absorbed.

Remove oatmeal from stove and stir in Shaved Parmesan Cheese (2 Tbsp). Cover to keep warm and set aside.
