Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a large bowl mix Ground Beef (5.5 oz), Ground Pork (10.5 oz), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Breadcrumbs (to taste), Milk (1/3 cup), Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup) and Eggs (2).

Place half the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet, and form into an 11-by-6-inch flat loaf.

Place Mortadella (3 oz) and Scamorza Cheese (1/3 cup) on top of the meat mixture, leaving a 1-inch border.

Place the remaining meat mixture on top, then form into a loaf, encasing the filling.

Bake for 40 minutes.
