Step 1
In a large bowl, combine Turkey (455 g) , Egg (1) , Breadcrumbs (25 g) , Onions (35 g) , Fresh Parsley (3 g) , Milk (15 mL) , Garlic Salt (2 g) , Ground Black Pepper (as needed) , and Fresh Thyme Leaves (as needed) and form into golf ball size balls.
Step 2
In a Dutch oven, brown meatballs in Vegetable Oil (30 mL) .
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 4
While the meatballs are browning, in a bowl, mix Just Jan’s® Muscadine Grape Spread (320 g) with Cocktail Sauce (260 g) .
Step 5
Pour the grape mixture over the meatballs and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
