Place the Zucchini (130 g) in a colander and press out as much moisture as you can. Set aside.

Preheat a waffle iron.

Whisk All-Purpose Flour (125 g), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp) in a large bowl.

Add Milk (240 mL), Egg (1), and Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp) mix until combined.

Fold in zucchini and Fresh Blueberry (1 handful).

Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup, scoop batter up and pour onto preheated waffle iron and cook according to your iron’s instructions.
