Step 1
Mix Barbecue Sauce (240 mL) , Worcestershire Sauce (60 mL) and zest from the Orange (1) in a 13x9-inch or similar baking dish.
Step 2
Cut Boneless Pork Chops (905 g) into long strips. Put 2-3 pieces on wooden skewers lengthwise. Place each pork skewer into the sauce mix and spin them to coat all sides. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours, or overnight.
Step 3
Preheat grill to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 4
Place skewers on the grill and discard marinate. Grill on both sides until done throughout (about 5 minutes a side). Maintain at least a 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) temperature for good sear marks.
