Tip into a large bowl and mix with the remaining Quick Cooking Oats (115 g). Mix in the Ground Cinnamon (2 tsp), Dried Apples (150 g), and Salt (1/4 tsp), and then set to one side.

In a medium saucepan, gently melt together the Brown Sugar (100 g), Unsalted Butter (115 g), and Golden Syrup (4 Tbsp) over a medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, then remove from the heat.
