In a bowl, add Coconut Oil (80 mL), Unsweetened Apple Sauce (125 g), Granulated Sugar (65 g), Brown Sugar (75 g), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp).

In a separate bowl, combine White Whole Wheat Flour (140 g), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Baking Soda (1/2 tsp). Mix with fork.

Add dry ingredients to wet and stir. Mix in Vegan Chocolate Chips (1/2 pckg).

If the 9x9 pan is dark or non-stick, no need to grease. Line the pan with parchment paper. Spread cookie mixture evenly into pan.
