Mix together Canola Oil (120 mL), Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), Peanut Butter (4 Tbsp), Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), and Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) and set aside.

In a large casserole dish, place Sweet Potatoes (120 mL) and Corn (2 ears) in 2 inches of water. Cover and heat in a microwave oven on high for 6 minutes until soft.

Allow the corn to cool slightly and then remove the kernels by slicing them off the cob.
