Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine
Water (240 mL)
and
Granulated Sugar (200 g)
. Place over medium-low heat and cook until sugar is dissolved. About 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Step 2
In a blender, combine sliced
Fresh Strawberries (225 g)
and simple syrup. Blend until smooth. Store the strawberry simple syrup in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Fill a cocktail shaker about ½ to ¾ full with
Ice (to taste)
.
Step 4
Add
PATRÓN® Silver Tequila (60 mL)
,
Strawberry Simple Syrup (90 mL)
,
Triple Sec (5 mL)
, and juice from
Lime (1)
. Shake well - about 30 seconds.
Step 5
Slice 1/4 inch off of each end of the
Limes (to taste)
and cut it in half, lengthwise. Set one of the halves cut side-down​​ on the cutting board, slice it at an angle, lengthwise to make lime wedges and set aside.
Step 6
Pour a few tablespoons of
Kosher Salt (to taste)
onto a small plate or shallow bowl. Take a one of the Lime Wedge and run it along the rim of your cocktail glass. Dip rim of cocktail glass into salt, pressing gently.
Step 7
Strain margarita into the glass. Enjoy!
