Cooking Instructions

Stir a drizzle of Olive Oil (as needed), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) into the Couscous (200 g).

Pile the couscous into a salad bowl, then layer on the Avocados (2), Oranges (2), and Apple (1), then sprinkle over the Sesame Seeds (2 tsp) and Fresh Parsley (to taste).

Mix together the juice of the Orange (1), juice of the Lemon (1/2), Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a small bowl and pour into a small jug or jar to serve alongside the salad.
