You will need a rice cooker with a "whole grain" setting. To prepare on the stovetop, follow the cooking directions on the oats package.

In the pot of a rice cooker, stir together the Steel-Cut Oats (320 g), Apples (2), Raisins (70 g), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) and Salt (1/2 tsp).

Stir in the Milk (600 mL) and Water (600 mL). Close the lid and select the "whole grains" setting on your rice cooker. If your rice cooker does not have this exact setting, please refer to your model's operating instructions.
