If you are not using a cast-iron skillet, use an oven-safe skillet. Or, transfer the dip to an 8x-inch baking dish before baking.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a large cast-iron skillet, cook the Ham (300 g) in Butter (1 Tbsp) until browned. Set aside.

In the same skillet, slowly cook the Onion (1) in the remaining butter until soft and caramelized.

Over low heat, stir in the Cream Cheese (340 g) until melted. Add the Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (150 g), Cheddar Cheese (160 g), Monterey Jack Cheese (200 g), Milk (4 Tbsp), Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (2 Tbsp), Paprika (1/2 tsp), Butter (2 Tbsp) including the browned ham and Scallion (1 bunch) and stir well to combine.
step 4 Over low heat, stir in the Cream Cheese (340 g) until melted. Add the Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (150 g), Cheddar Cheese (160 g), Monterey Jack Cheese (200 g), Milk (4 Tbsp), Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (2 Tbsp), Paprika (1/2 tsp), Butter (2 Tbsp) including the browned ham and Scallion (1 bunch) and stir well to combine.
