Author's Notes

If you are not using a cast-iron skillet, use an oven-safe skillet. Or, transfer the dip to an 8x-inch baking dish before baking.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large cast-iron skillet, cook the Ham (300 g) in Butter (15 g) until browned. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, slowly cook the Onion (1) in the remaining butter until soft and caramelized.
Step 4
Over low heat, stir in the Philadelphia Original Soft Cheese (340 g) until melted. Add the Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (150 g) , Cheddar Cheese (160 g) , Monterey Jack Cheese (200 g) , Milk (60 mL) , Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (30 mL) , Paprika (1 g) , Butter (30 g) including the browned ham and Scallions (1 bunch) and stir well to combine.
Step 5
Place skillet into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated and bubbly. Serve warm with your favorite crackers or bread. Enjoy!
