Step 1
Put
Chia Seeds (80 g)
in a bowl, and pour in
Unsweetened Almond Milk (360 mL)

Step 2
Stir together well.
Step 3
Add the
Coconut Cream (1 can)
,
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (50 g)
,
Xylitol (105 g)
,
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (20 g)
, and
Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
. Mix everything together.
Step 4
The chia seeds begin to swell in 10 minutes, and make the most wonderful pudding like texture. Allow to soak 15 minutes to 2 hours. It gets thicker the longer it sits.
Step 5
Serve garnished with
Almonds (to taste)
and
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (to taste)
