Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Melt the Butter (4 Tbsp) and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (115 g) in separate bowls.

Add the Bananas (3) to a large bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher. Add melted butter and combine. Add Egg (1), Brown Sugar (145 g), and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp). Mix.

Add Baking Soda (1 tsp), Pumpkin Pie Spice (1 tsp), and Salt (1 pinch). Combine. Add All-Purpose Flour (185 g) and mix until raw flour is no longer present. Don't over mix though!

Pour the bread batter into a greased loaf pan and dollop with the melted semi-sweet chocolate.
