Author's Notes

When peaches are in season and you can make this whole bowl with fresh peaches it is out of this world! Of course, it's still yummy with frozen peaches too any time of year.

If you want to make it even thicker, you could also add avocado. That's a wonderfully healthy way to thicken a smoothie.

You could also add a protein powder to this if you wanted to. I would opt for a plain or vanilla-based protein powder.

step 1
Place Navel Oranges (3) into a juice extractor to make orange juice. Optionally, if you don't have a juice extractor you can place 1 whole orange in your blender along with the other ingredients.
step 2
Place 1 1/2 cup orange juice, Peaches (900 g), Banana (1), Hemp Hearts (50 g), Cashew Nuts (60 g), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Full-Fat Coconut Milk (1 can) into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
step 3
Pour smoothie mixture into 2 bowls and top with Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (to taste), Kiwifruit (to taste), Peaches (to taste), Cashew Nuts (1 handful), Bananas (to taste), and Granola (to taste).
step 3 Pour smoothie mixture into 2 bowls and top with Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (to taste), Kiwifruit (to taste), Peaches (to taste), Cashew Nuts (1 handful), Bananas (to taste), and Granola (to taste).
