In a baking dish or casserole, stir together White Rice (185 g), Frozen Broccoli (225 g), Cream of Mushroom Soup (310 mL), 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Water (420 mL), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp), and Salt (1/4 tsp). Combine well.
