Step 1
For salted Oreo Popcorn, begin by melting the
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (30 g)
and chopping the
Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (3)
.
Step 2
Coat the
Popcorn (45 g)
when both the chocolate and popcorn are still warm. Gentle stir in the chopped oreos.
Step 3
For Chili Lime Popcorn, zest the
Limes (2)
, and combine the zest,
Chili Peppers (2 g)
and
Salt (3 g)
. Coat the popped popcorn (4 cups) with
Olive Oil (15 mL)
in a large bowl.
Step 4
Sprinkle the limes/chili mixture over top of the popcorn and stir well.
Step 5
For Buffalo Cheddar Popcorn, place the popped popcorn (4 cups) in a plastic bag while it's still hot. Pour the
Hot Sauce (10 mL)
inside. Shake vigorously until the popcorn is coated.
Step 6
Sprinkle the
Cheddar Cheese Powder (7 g)
in the bag and shake vigorously again.
