Step 1

Chop the Pecans (50 g) . In a large saucepan, combine Evaporated Milk (150 mL) and Granulated Sugar (335 g) . Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Remove heat and stir in Mini Marshmallows (85 g) , White Chocolate Chips (340 g) , Bailey's® Irish Cream (45 mL) , and Vanilla Extract (5 mL) . If mixture begins to harden, return to stove and heat on low until mixture is smooth.
