Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Combine the Paprika (7 g) , Chili Powder (3 g) , and Salt (3 g) in a small mixing bowl.
Step 2
Use the Lime (1) to prepare the corn. Use two of the quarters to drizzle lime juice over the Sweet Corn (4 ears) . Use the other two slices to brush the corn with the seasoning mix. Dip these lime wedges into the spice mix and brush the corn liberally like you would your teeth with toothpaste.
Step 3
Preheat your grill to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 4
Cook for 20-30 minutes, until corn starts to char black. Rotate corn cobs every 5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove corn and sprinkle with the Fresh Cilantro (as needed) and some of the leftover seasoning mix. Serve with Lime (1) and enjoy!
