Add in the Almond Flour (85 g), Granulated Erythritol (2 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Baking Powder (1/4 tsp), Salt (1 pinch), and Sugar-Free Chocolate (85 g) and mix until a cookie dough forms.

Once combined, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add the cookies to the baking sheet using a cookie scoop.

Bake for around 10-12 minutes. The cookies should be golden brown on top, and soft to the touch, not firm.
