Step 1
Slather one side of each slice of
Challah Bread (8 slices)
with
Brown Mustard (to taste)
.
Step 2
Sprinkle with
Monterey Jack Cheese (300 g)
. Add 4-6 slices of
Granny Smith Apple (1)
to each respective sandwich.
Step 3
Drizzle
Honey (to taste)
on top of apple slices.
Step 4
Top with second slice of bread and press sandwich together. You can save sandwiches in the fridge in an airtight bag for up to a day before grilling.
Step 5
To grill, place a large pan over medium-low heat and coat the bottom of the pan with
Butter (to taste)
. Fry the sandwiches for about 1-2 minutes on each side, adding more butter as needed.
