Fill a cocktail shaker with
Ice (as needed)

Step 2
Add the
Calvados Apple Brandy (30 mL)
to the shaker.
Step 3
Add
BÉNÉDICTINE D.O.M. Liqueur (30 mL)

Step 4
Add in 0.5 fl oz of juice from
Lemon (1)

Step 5
Add
Gingerbread Bitters (1 dash)
then stir with bar spoon for 40 revolutions.
Step 6
Strain into a glass of your choice and top with
Soda Water (to taste)
