Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Grease a 8-inch baking dish with Butter (7 g) .
Step 3
Put the Almond Meal (40 g) , Honey (20 g) , Eggs (2) , Lemon (1) , and Vanilla Extract (2 mL) in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 4
Gradually pour in the Almond Milk (70 mL) and continue to stir the mixture till smooth.
Step 5
Place the Peaches (2) and Fresh Mixed Berries (180 g) in the baking dish and pour the batter over the top.
Step 6
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until puffed and golden.
Step 7
Add more berries on top with drizzle of golden syrup or honey before serving.
