Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Cut
Cherry Tomatoes (1 pckg)
in half and arrange on an oiled roasting pan.
Step 3
Crush
Garlic (2 cloves)

Sea Salt (to taste)
, and mix with
Honey (20 g)

Olive Oil (45 mL)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 4
Pour honey mixture over cherry tomatoes, and stir to coat. Roast for 30 minutes in the oven, until golden, juicy, and bubbling.
Step 5
Can be served over risotto, with grilled veggies, or on top of toast.
