Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.

Add the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (200 g), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (50 g), and Sea Salt (1 pinch) to a food processor.

Pulse a few times until the oats are coarsely ground. Transfer to a large bowl.

Stir together the Coconut Oil (180 mL) and Coconut Sugar (110 g).

Pour the coconut sugar oil mixture over the oats and stir to combine.

Pour half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the pan and press down firmly. Set aside.

Chop the 70% Dark Chocolate (175 g).

In a double boiler, melt the chopped chocolate.

Stir in Creamy Peanut Butter (240 g) and stir until smooth and well-combined.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat crust.

Then, sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
