In a large bowl, add Butter (120 mL), Almond Flour (240 g), and Stevia (1 tsp).

Add in Pure Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Dark Chocolate Chips (115 g).

Mix everything together until combined, then shape into golf-size balls and place in refrigerator to firm up slightly for 30 minutes.
