Step 1
Place Espresso (80 g) , Cashew Butter (140 g) , Almond Milk (180 mL) , Stevia Extract (3 dashes) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (170 g) , Dark Cocoa Powder (4 g) , Oat Flour (40 g) , and Dark Chocolate Chips (50 g) into a bowl.
Step 2
Mix until they come together into a sticky mixture.
Step 3
Spread it into a baking tray layered with parchment paper and refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours.
Step 4
Once chilled, cut into 8 or 10 equal-sized bars. Store your bars into the fridge and enjoy when needed.
