In a large bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (125 g), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (90 g), Brown Sugar (110 g), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp),Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), and Raisins (70 g).

In a separate bowl, mix together Greek Yogurt (180 g), 1% Low Fat Milk (180 mL), Eggs (2), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Bananas (2). Mash the bananas before adding them. Pour the wet into the dry and mix until batter forms.

Heat a griddle or pan to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Once hot, add a quarter cup of batter and cook two minutes on each side until browned.
