In a bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (250 g), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp).

In a jug or separate bowl, whisk together Milk (360 mL), Large Eggs (2), and Butter (75 mL).

Pour into the flour mixture along with Scallions (20 g), Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (170 g), and Bacon (6 slices). Stir with a spatula until combined.

Preheat a nonstick waffle maker. Cook waffles based on your waffle maker.

Serve right away with Maple Syrup (to taste).
