Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the
Olive Oil (15 mL)

to the pan and cook until tender.

. Stir and continue cooking until the beef is browned; about 15 minutes.

Remove extra fat using paper towels.

Combine the cooked beef with the cooked
White Rice (30 g)

Mixed Vegetables (150 g)
,
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (115 g)
, and
Chicken Stock (360 mL)
.
Step 6
Spread the mixture in a 9"x13" baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the oven, top with the remaining
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (115 g)
, and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
