Blend Silken Tofu (150 g), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp), Natural Sweetener (2 1/3 Tbsp) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) together until smooth.
step 2
Pour the mousse into a nice dessert cup and layer them with some Digestive Biscuits (to taste).
step 3
Place into the fridge to chill.
step 4
Dust with some extra cocoa powder and garnish with some Fresh Mixed Berries (to taste) when serving.
