Cooking Instructions

Prepare a pellet smoker for indirect smoking at 275 degrees F (140 degrees C).

Remove Ham (3.6 kg) from packaging and place on the smoker for 2 hours.

Brush Pure Maple Syrup (120 mL) over the ham and dust with Maple Sugar (2 Tbsp).
step 4
Glaze ham for 30 minutes. Once done, the internal temperature should be 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
step 5
Carve ham away from the bone and serve. Enjoy!
