In a teapot steeper, add Dried Butterfly Pea Flower (1 Tbsp). Then pour the boiling Water (480 mL) over the flower. Cover with a lid. Allow steeping for about 3 minutes.

To the serving glass, add Maple Syrup (1 tsp) and pour the tea over. Then use a spoon to mix to dissolve the syrup. Serve hot or cold with Lemon (1), Milk (4 Tbsp), or Coconut Water (120 mL).
