Step 1
In a teapot steeper, add Dried Butterfly Pea Flower (2 g) . Then pour the boiling Water (480 mL) over the flower. Cover with a lid. Allow steeping for about 3 minutes.
Step 2
To the serving glass, add Maple Syrup (5 mL) and pour the tea over. Then use a spoon to mix to dissolve the syrup. Serve hot or cold with Lemon (1) , Milk (60 mL) , or Coconut Water (120 mL) .
