Author's Notes

To make erythritol dissolve faster, you can microwave for 30 seconds intervals until dissolved.

step 1
In a medium bowl, add hot Water (240 mL) and Granulated Erythritol (200 g). Stir until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool down.
step 2
In a blender, add Fresh Blueberries (225 g) and ½ cup of Water (120 mL). Blend until smooth puree forms, then strain to discard the pulp. Set aside.
step 3
Into a pitcher, add the juice from Lemons (5) and Water (720 mL). Then add simple syrup and mix to combine. Make sure to start with ½ cup and more if you need more sweetness after tasting.
step 4
To the serving glass, fill in with Ice (420 g). Pour the lemonade into ¾ of your serving glass, then top it with the blueberry liquid.
step 5
Optionally garnish with Fresh Blueberries (to taste), Lemons (to taste) slices, and Fresh Mint (to taste). Serve.
