Step 1
In a medium bowl, add hot
Water (240 mL)
and
Granulated Erythritol (200 g)
. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool down.
Step 2
In a blender, add
Fresh Blueberries (225 g)
and ½ cup of
Water (120 mL)
. Blend until smooth puree forms, then strain to discard the pulp. Set aside.
Step 3
Into a pitcher, add the juice from
Lemons (5)
and
Water (720 mL)
. Then add simple syrup and mix to combine. Make sure to start with ½ cup and more if you need more sweetness after tasting.
Step 4
To the serving glass, fill in with
Ice (420 g)
. Pour the lemonade into ¾ of your serving glass, then top it with the blueberry liquid.
Step 5
Optionally garnish with
Fresh Blueberries (to taste)
,
Lemons (to taste)
slices, and
Fresh Mint (to taste)
. Serve.
