Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Sift and combine the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (330 g), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (90 g), and Salt (1/4 tsp). Add the Chopped Pecans (220 g) and mix.

Add the Eggs (3) whites and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) and mix until just combined. Fold in the Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (150 g) and Chocolate Chips (125 g).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet. Space them 2 inches apart. Bake for 20 minutes.
