Step 1
In a medium pot, heat
Whole Milk (840 mL)
over medium heat until warm. Stir constantly.
Step 2
Add
85% Dark Chocolate (155 g)
and keep stirring until the chocolate is melted and combined with milk.
Step 3
Then, add
Granulated Sugar (100 g)
and stir until dissolved.
Step 4
Add 1 oz of
Mozzarella Cheese (115 g)
to each mug.
Step 5
Evenly pour the hot chocolate mixture into each mug. Let the cheese melt for a bit before serving with a spoon.
