Makes 2-4 servings.

To make infused tequila; combine 1 Jalapeño(sliced) with 250 ml tequila in a clean jar. Cover with a lid and let it infuse for at least 12 hours or up to a week in the fridge depending on how spicy you like.

Rub a Lime Wedge (1/2) around the edge of a margarita glass. Dip the rim of the glass in Tajin (1 Tbsp) and twist to coat.

Into a blender, add Frozen Mangoes (300 g), Ice (140 g), Jalapeño Infused Tequila (4 Tbsp), Cointreau (2 Tbsp), juice from Limes (2) and Agave Syrup (2 Tbsp). Blend until smooth.

Pour into the prepared glass. Garnish with a Lime Wheel (1/2) and Fresh Mint (1 sprig). Serve immediately.
