Step 1
Cut a star shape in the middle of the
Brie Cheese (1/2 pckg)
with a cookie cutter, be careful not to cut all the way through. Remove the cutout part, and fill it up with
Cranberry Sauce (20 g)
, set aside.
Step 2
Make the salami rose by layering 5-6 pieces of
Salami (45 g)
on the surface, and make sure 1/3 or 1/2 of each piece is overlapping with another piece. Fold the salami pieces in half and roll them up from left to right, making a flower shape. Set aside.
Step 3
Place the
Smoked Cheddar Cheese (45 g)

Gouda (45 g)

Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese (55 g)
, and Brie around the board.
Step 4
Add the
Prosciutto (45 g)
, salami rose, and
Turkey Ham (45 g)
on the board.
Step 5
Fill the remaining spaces with
Grapes (85 g)

Fresh Strawberries (35 g)

Candied Walnuts (30 g)

Dried Cranberries (30 g)
, and
Olives (35 g)
. Decorate the inner circle with
Fresh Rosemary (4 sprigs)
. Prepare the Cosmopolitan.
Step 6
Combine
GREY GOOSE® Vodka (235 mL)
,
Triple Sec (175 mL)
,
Cranberry Juice (175 mL)
, and the juice from
Limes (4)
into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 7
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with
Orange Twists (4)
.
Step 8
Serve the board with
Crackers (to taste)
along with the cocktails. Enjoy!
