To make the simple syrup: add the Truvia® Original Calorie-Free Sweetener from the Stevia Leaf Spoonable (3 1/2 Tbsp) to warm Water (120 mL).

Shake or blend until completely dissolved.

To make the cocktail: add Vodka (4 Tbsp), Coffee Liqueur (3 tsp), Espresso (2 Tbsp), and ½ oz of Truvía Simple Syrup to a shaker filled with Ice (140 g) and shake until well-chilled.
