Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with foil and spray with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).

Combine the All-Purpose Flour (125 g), Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (85 g), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp), Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp), and Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) in a medium bowl.

Microwave the Unsalted Butter (110 g) and Dulce de Leche (150 g) in a large bowl until butter is melted; stir well. Add the Brown Sugar (110 g) and mix well. Stir in the 100% Pumpkin Purée (225 g) and Large Egg (1). Add the flour mixture and stir just until combined. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan.
