Heat the Granulated Sugar (200 g) in a small, heavy-duty saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 6 to 8 minutes or until dissolved and caramel-colored. Pour into individual flan cups or ramekins.

Blend Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Evaporated Milk (1 can), and Egg Whites (4). Pour the mixture into individual flan cups. Cover with foil and cook in a pressure cooker for 30-40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool. Unmold and serve with sliced Fresh Strawberries (75 g) and Kiwifruit (1).
