Chill the coupe glass with Ice (to taste). Use a bar spoon to stir and set aside.

Measure Applejack Apple Brandy (3 Tbsp), juice from Lemon (1/2), Apple Juice (2 Tbsp), juice from Orange (1/4), Maple Syrup (3 tsp), and a pinch of Ground Cinnamon (1 pinch) into a shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice. Secure the top and shake until well chilled.

Remove the ice from the coupe glass and strain the drink into a chilled glass.
