Place the Milk (480 mL), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), half of the Orange Peel (1) in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk constantly until warm but not boiling.

Add Orange Dark Chocolate Bar (85 g) and whisk constantly until the chocolate is melted and incorporated with milk. Remove the orange peel.

To each mug, pour in Orange Juice (2 Tbsp) as well as hot chocolate. Stir and top with Whipped Cream (55 g).
