Step 1
Place the
Milk (480 mL)

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (10 g)

Brown Sugar (55 g)
, half of the
Orange Peel (1)
in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk constantly until warm but not boiling.
Step 2
Add
Orange Dark Chocolate Bar (85 g)
and whisk constantly until the chocolate is melted and incorporated with milk. Remove the orange peel.
Step 3
To each mug, pour in
Orange Juice (30 mL)
as well as hot chocolate. Stir and top with
Whipped Cream (55 g)
.
Step 4
Garnish the top with orange peel and chopped chocolate. Serve immediately.
