Step 1

In a second bowl, beat

Add carrot mixture to flour mixture and stir to combine. Fold in

. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in a pan on a wire rack.
Step 6
Add
Confectioners Sugar Replacement (150 g)
to
Philadelphia Original Soft Cheese (170 g)

Unsalted Butter (110 g)

Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
, and whip with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Step 7
Spread on the cooled cake.
