Cooking Instructions

In a medium bowl, add the sifted All-Purpose Flour (250 g) and mix in Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Mix of Stevia Sweetener and Cane Sugar (2 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (2 tsp), and Salt (2 tsp). Set aside.

In a small bowl, beat the Egg Whites (2) until stiff. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, beat the Egg Yolks well and stir in the Non-Fat Milk (300 mL) and Canola Oil (80 mL).

Add sifted dry ingredients to the yolk mixture but lightly mix until just moist.

Fold in the egg whites.
